Title:Drug Addiction

Introduction

Drug addiction is a chronic condition that affects the structure and function of the brain, among other organs, and affects different people in different ways. Due to a variety of individual factors, drugs can potentially quickly turn a person into an addict. Although it might be challenging for the user to overcome their addiction, there are methods that can be taken to support them.
Drug use is chronic because it constantly interferes with a person's daily life, regardless of how frequently they use the drug. When this occurs, the person is probably abusing drugs. It is chronic because the abuser needs more resolve to stop, and drugs produce relapses that alter the structure and function of the brain. Due to the compounds found in drugs, they also interfere with the way nerve cells send, receive, and process information.

Purpose
Drugs work by overdosing the brain's reward system with dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that is found in parts of the brain that control movement, emotion, and pleasure.
Some people are influenced by stress, anxiety, and depression to use medications to cope. Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, stress is merely a reaction to a stimulus that upsets our physical or mental equilibrium, depression is a serious medical condition in which a person feels extremely depressed, hopeless, and unimportant, and frequently is unable to live a normal life. Abusing drugs might cause someone to lose their self-control. The ability to control one's own behavior is known as self-control. Self-control enables someone to make wise plans, distinguish between wrong and right, and stay away from actions that they will later regret. When one loses self-control, they may kill, harm, or otherwise harm innocent people around them or in the community.

A people who takes drugs may find it difficult to give up this way of life since they are accustomed to living without concern for their problems and do not want to feel normal once more. Drug abusers utilize drugs as an escape from reality. Everything that possesses actuality, existence, or essence is collectively referred to as reality. They create their own medication from reality, which in this case is narcotics, because it is difficult for them to accept the events taking place in the world. Early drug abuse cessation is preferable to developing too many fatal disorders. To stop drug abuse, one must first complete a supervised medical detox program. People who are addicted to drugs can be safely and methodically removed from them through the process of medical detoxification, typically with the help of a doctor. Second, the drug user needs to record his drug use, including when and how much. This will help the person understand the part his addiction is currently playing in his life. Last but not least, the person should think about things that are more significant than consuming drugs, such their loved ones, health, spouse, and career.

Think wisely before getting your own self to trouble. Drugs may help the person relax but is deadly when took seriously that leads to addiction.
