New PR! 120 kilograms deadlift 🫨 (bad form tho 💀)

New PR Deadlift. 100 Kg including the bar.

Back when I was around 82kg, I can only do around 5-7 kneeling push ups. When I started going to the gym, I didn’t put it in my workout routine, until today! Count how many proper push ups I made 🥹 this is how you see progress. Progress is progress no matter how small it is.

T Bar Row is a great exercise for developing your back muscles! Try it in your next workout! (This is my last set 😆)

Lat Pulldown targets the latissimus dorsi or the back. The part of your body that gives the “wings” or “cobra” look.

I tried bench pressing when I started going to the gym a month and a half ago, but I was overwhelmed by the weight of just the bar, I was also afraid because I don’t have any spotter, so I used the smith machine instead. But today, not only did I bench the bar, but I added 30kg on my last set with 3 reps aside from my warm ups and first set! In this video this is my 1st set with 20kg on. I know it’s only a small weight but small wins also need small celebrations! 😂
