Dulangan River -crossing the Dulangan River to reach the trailhead that goes straight to the summit.

Dulangan River lies in the middle of Lantuyan Mangyan Village and Mount Halcon and can be called as the heart of the mountain.

VIA BAYANAN TRAIL SIALDANG!!

The place is called Mount Halcon, standing at 2586 meters above sea level, known locally as “Sialdang” or “high above the clouds” to the Mangyan tongue, the mountain people of Mindoro.

The one good thing I can say about the trail of Mount Halcon is that water source is very abundant in forms of mini waterfalls and streams.

This momentous event took place in Kawit, Cavite, where General Emilio Aguinaldo proclaimed the sovereignty of the Filipino people and the establishment of the First Philippine Republic. The celebration of Independence Day honors the bravery and sacrifices of those who fought for freedom and continues to inspire national pride and unity among Filipinos.
