USE IT HOT:
○For swelling and muscle pains.
○Heat in a microwave on medium high for 1-2 minutes (don't overheat). Heat retains for 30-50 minutes.
USE IT COLD:
○For bumps and bruises
○Put it in a ziploc bag (make sure it's sealed). Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before using the pillow.
CAUTION:
○Always check that the pillow is not too hot for your skin.
○Do not heat in a conventional oven.
○Do not wet contentts.
