Hey, Sitians!

As the temperature rises, it's essential to take care of ourselves and each other. Here are a few reminders to help you stay safe during this hot weather:

1. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you're not feeling thirsty.

2. Dress for the heat by wearing lightweight, breathable clothing and a hat if you're going to be outside.

3. Don't forget the sunscreen, umbrella or fan! Always stay on shade and choose well-ventilated places.

Keep an eye out for signs of heat-related illness, such as dizziness, nausea, or rapid heartbeat. If you or someone else experiences these symptoms, seek help immediately through our school clinic and with your advisers.

Let's make sure to prioritize our health and well-being as we study and do activities today!

School Division Office of Bataan announces the conduct of 2024 Project Barkada: Bayanihan At Responsableng Kabataan Laban sa Droga at Adiksyon Competition with the theme: "Barkada's Resilience: Uniting and Empowering Generations towards a Drug-Free Society" . The activity aims to showcase the learner's creativity to promote and raise awareness for advocating a healthy, drug-free lifestyle and to encourage productive use of time and alternative activities.

-Spoken Poetry Contest (Filipino)
-Barkada Kontra Droga Jingle (Filipino)

The contest will be on FEBRUARY 22, 2024 (Thursday) in 12 STEM-LAPID room at 2:30 pm.

THE WINNER WILL BE THE ONE WHO COMPETES FOR DIVISION.
