Be Patient With Your Body & Breathe Deeply
Remember to be patient with your body and never force any posture. This yoga class is intended to make you feel great and relaxed by the end. Do your best and stay with your breath when you feel yourself getting distracted or uncomfortable. Simply surrender to the idea that you are exactly where you are supposed to be, and that with time, patience, dedication, and hard work your body will naturally respond and increase in flexibility, strength, and fluidity.
So roll out that mat and have fun with us .. ππ

Stretching helps you move better & prevents injury regardless of what type of workout you do. It reduces tension in your muscles, thus making you feel less stiff or tired.
But then, yoga is MORE THAN just stretching.
You literally use your body weight in most of the classes! Holding the poses builds strength,while proper breathing increases circulation & warms the body.
