Ang kaganapang ito ngayong araw ay nagmamarka ng isa na namang panibagong simula ng isang kapaki-pakinabang na pagtutulungan, o partnership ng Department of Agrarian Reform, Camarines Sur II Provincial Office at Armed Forces of the Philippines-9th Infantry “Spear” Division ng Philippine Army, Camarines Sur na naglalayong dalhin ang mga ani o produktong magmumula sa ating mga masisipag na agrarian reform beneficiaries, direkta sa inyong mga tahanan. Sa araw na ito, binibigyan natin ng pagpupugay ang katatagan ng diwa at dedikasyon ng ating lokal na mga magsasaka na walang pagod na nagtatrabaho sa bukid upang bigyan tayo ng mga pagkain na kailangan natin at ng ating mga pamilya araw-araw.

BINALAY ARC - Tinambac, Camarines Sur
𝑷𝑩𝑫𝑫 𝑵𝒆𝒘𝒔 | 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 NAGA CITY — The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in Camarines Sur II has announced plans for a new Agrarian Reform Community (ARC) called Binalay ARC in Tinambac, Camarines Sur, that aims to increase agricultural productivity and support community farmers. The proposed Binalay ARC, currently under review by the DAR's National Agrarian Reform Task Force (NARCTF), would cover seven barangays—Antipolo, Binalay, Olag Pequeño, Olag Grande, San Jose, Tierra Nevada, and Lupi—benefiting 468 agrarian reform beneficiaries. By leveraging the area's existing major crops like coconut, rice, corn, and root crops, the project seeks to build on Tinambac's strong agricultural foundation, where 96% of the total 17,230 hectares of agricultural area dedicated to coconut cultivation. These barangays' strategic location along the national road will facilitate the transportation of produce to nearby markets. If approved by the NARCTF, the Binalay ARC aims to be a sustainable community in terms of agricultural and economic development that will uplift local farming communities. "The Binalay ARC has the potential to further unlock the promise of Tinambac's farmers and agricultural resources," said Engr. Renato Bequillo, Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II. "We hope the NARCTF sees the immense benefits this project can bring to the livelihoods of farmers and communities in this area," Bequillo added. Engr.
