Loresto Merchandise is a company firmly rooted in a sense of family values. In fact, the name itself is derived from the family name and managed by family members.

February of 2015 when we started to register our home-based business and started to accept orders right in our doorstep and through online. Loresto Merchandise has nearly 4 years of existence but 8 years of experience through outsourcing job and has been a provider in the field of digital printing services, gifts, souvenirs, corporate giveaways, promotional campaign materials, and designs.
Our aim is to ensure the best possible service for each of our clients while at the same time providing rates that are fair and competitive. We very much look forward to the opportunity of servicing your needs and stand ready to walk that extra mile to ensure our client’s complete satisfaction at all points of the business transaction process.
We have catered to several outbound private companies, individuals and different organization in the past and managed to ship nationwide, even abroad. Our business industry doesn’t require commercial or storefront to operate. Instead, we started to manage this business from our home office and focus on providing quality product and service. We managed all our transactions over the phone & the Internet without having to leave home. But because of the trust and loyalty of our customers, together with our family, we are ready to take a risk for more investment and optimistic to expand our business in the coming year. It’s an honor to open our workstation to the public, get closer to all our potentials client and business partners.

ORDER PROCESSING
1. Submit order form once orders are final.
2. Final invoice is sent after review of your order form.
3. Full payment is required to initiate production and/or delivery of orders.
4. You may pay tru BDO or Any Remittances. Do send a screenshot of your deposit slip.
5. You are notified once orders and payment are confirmed.
6. we will proceed to the production once payment is settled.
7. We will notify you once the items are ready for delivery or pickup.
PRODUCTION LEAD-TIME: It depends on the type and quantity of orders. We advise you the most possible and earliest lead-time we can give & we strongly suggest that you place an order in 15 to 30 days prior to the expected date of delivery, not the event date. Weekends are not inclusive on the lead time or production time.
PAYMENT: Down payment 50% is required to process the order and settle the remaining balance day before we proceed to delivery or shipping of the items. Reservation fee 20% is required for some items. Wait for your invoice before sending any payment & send the receipt or deposit slip to us to confirm together with the signed agreement contract form.
NO DOWN-PAYMENT. NO LAYOUT: Rate starts P100-P150 and so. Sample layout will be provided after payment of layout fee or product reservation fee (20%) & it’s non-refundable.
LAYOUT: It takes 1 to 3 working days depends on the design. Approval of layout is required before we proceed to the production and once it’s approved we will not do any changes and so, we are not liable for any mistakes. The costumer is responsible to review the details (font, spelling, signs, grammar, punctuation, alignment etc)
Prepared the following below to make the most of your time: Reference photos- if you have images that you may want to be printed, Inspirational photos-designs that are similar to what you want, High-resolution photos- if they’re a part of the design.

FREE LAYOUT: Applicable for bulky orders at-least minimum and up to two revisions only.
FOR DEBUT OR WEDDING INVITATION: Please make an order 2weeks to 6weeks prior to your desired date of delivery before the day of distribution, to give enough time for proofreading and other necessary details and materials. Give us a soft copy of your entourage list, it should be encoded already.
FOR E-Invites (if you have plan to post our layout in your social media) It’s required that our logo will be on the lower side of invites, tagged and give us a credit.
FOR CUSTOMIZED APPAREL: It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products for small orders (t-shirts,polo,etc.) 7 -30 business day for bulk orders.
FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS: For consumables products 2-7 business days (mugs, hat, etc.) small order and 7-30 business days for any bulk orders. Excluded the lead-time for layout and shipping time.
SHIPPING & FEE: Shipping fee should be shouldered by the clients. Takes 2-5 business days, speed and price depend on product type and destination. We ship thru LBC, JRS, AP Cargo- if you have other option please inform us. We are not liable for the delay of the courier. We highly advised to place an order before your desired delivery date.
Based Fee for the T-Shirt – 1 to 3pcs: P200 for Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao| Fragile- Compact Mirror, Clock 20pcs to 100pcs: P1500 to P1800 Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao
FOR RUSH ORDER: We can still accept depends on the quantity and items availability. However can declined if we cannot make it and if the items are not available and supplier cannot provide it asap.
SUPPLY/SUPPLIER: Most of our products are made to order or we just order the desire product from our supplier once our client confirmed and pay the down-payment. It takes 3 to 5 days to get the supply. Please inform us ahead of time what item and quantity you may need so we can check the availability from the supplier.

BRANDING: Our logo and company infos. are required to print on the packaging or on the products with the desire size of print is can be smaller but not bigger than 3x3inches.
REFUND/REPLACEMENT: is not applicable to shipping damages, client’s mishandling or product misuse.
STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS: Our items are made to orders and customized for each of the costumer.
NO BOGUS BUYERS: We will post your picture and names to our page and other page group.
