A cheesecake that is an alter-ego to the usual American/ New york cheesecake that has a cookie crust and fruit toppings be it blueberry, mango, strawberry.

Burnt cheesecakes like these has no cookie crust nor fancy toppings other than its burnt top, but definitely has a good balance of bitterness from its burnt exterior and creaminess of its cheesy custardy interior.
