Rules:
1. Candidates must be from the Area of Parang, Buldon, Barira, Matanog, Sultan Kudarat, Sultan Mastura, Cotabato City, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Upi, Pigcawayan, Libungan and Midsayap only.
2. Must possess pleasing personality and good discipline.
3. Aspiring Candidate must send their half-Body Close Up picture, with the name and the municipality indicated.
4. Each aspiring candidate must send their picture on our official page: Mutya ng Ikatlong Lahi 2021.
5. Candidates who will pass the initial screening will be posted and must be willing to undergo a final screening via online or face to face.
