Job Description

- Help assist Account Managers improve their productivity and spend more time selling, as well as providing a variety of support services.
- Contact customers and prospects to arrange visits of Account Managers or to make follow up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates.
- Ensure that Account Managers have enough sales support materials, such as product brochures and sample boards.
- Act as first point of contact for urgent matters, emails, and messages when Account Managers are not available.
- Handle orders by telephone, email and check if orders have correct prices, part numbers, descriptions and will contact customers to resolve any queries or concerns.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure that their activities are integrated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or graduate of any four (4) year course for fresh graduates. • At least one (1) year experience in related field for undergraduates.
• Friendly and highly organized.
• Experienced in customer service and administrative tasks such as managing schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in written and verbal communications.
• Ability to multi-task and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
• Well-versed in MS Office and writing sales reports and emails.

The architects of Clear Lake Cottage achieved the perfect blend of man and nature, providing gorgeous views of the natural landscape it is settled in. The cottage-wide glass facade provides, as the architects put it, “an operable skin connecting to this privileged landscape”.

Maclennan Jaunkalns Miller Architects crafted Clear Lake Cottage to be spacious and be able to accommodate a busy family of 5. The homey feel of the cottage combined with the glass facade, creates the perfect compromise for a stylish and still family-friendly getaway.

The brilliant combination of a black exterior and an extensive glass facade truly merges the house into the desert landscape.

During the day, the black acts as a shadow, while the glass mirrors and reflects the landscape. While at night, the black disappears into the dark, and the glass reveals the interior lights which blend into expanse of stars in the night sky. Breathtaking!

Black Desert House has a C-shaped layout - living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms in linear succession, curving around a courtyard which provides what the architects called protected access to an outdoor space.

Each room, through wide glass windows, is then provided access to a stunning view of the natural desert landscape. A brilliant solution for both a practical and aesthetic home design!

Aptly named, the Black Desert House's combination of a black exterior with a glass façade, creates the impression of shadow on the virtually untouched desert landscpe it's perched upon. The architects Oller and Pejic compared it to "building a house into a natural cathedral".

The architects faced challenges in creating a home that would seek to be almost an extension of the natural landscape, but the final result is certainly breathtaking.
