If you’re surrounded by a negative atmosphere or if you hold on to other’s negativity, it’s going to bring you down in every aspect of life and can leave you feeling more anxious, stressed, emotionally exhausted, and overall cranky. Try diffusing or wearing these essential oils to help uplift your atmosphere and create a happy, positive environment.

Below are some of the best essential oils for positive vibes are Joy, Lemon, Melissa, Orange, Citrus Fresh, Stress Away, and White Angelica.

How can you create an uplifting environment that will clear negativity?

• Diffuse!
• Put a few drops of oil in your palms, cup your nose, and take 8 slow, deep breaths.
• Put of few drops of oil on the middle fingertips of both hands. Place your middle finger on the forehead, in between the eyebrows. Trace them up to the center of your forehead. Then, bring them across the top of the head (imagine following your hair line parted in the middle), and down the middle of the back of your head, until you reach where your neck connects to your shoulders. Then sweep each hand across each shoulder. Left hand sweeps across the left side of the shoulder; right hand sweeps across the right. Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth while doing this.
• Apply one of these oils to the base of your skull and behind your ears and massage.
• Make a Linen spray and spray throughout your space.
• If diffusing or using a linen spray isn’t an option, put a few drops of oil on the carpet to function as a passive diffuser.
• Dissolve 1 cup sea salt, 1 cup baking soda, and your favorite essential oil in a warm tub and soak away.
