Greetings Pasayenos! As part of our 158th Pasay Day celebration, we are holding a vlog making contest for all Pasay City Residents. All aspiring and seasoned vloggers are invited to join. With your creative talents in story telling and video editing, we encourage you to share your stories filled with fun and hope through a short vlog showing the joys of living in Pasay despite the Pandemic. Check out the mechanics below to learn more on how to join and understand what content you may include in your entry.

Mechanics:
1. Contest is open to Pasay City residents only
2. The video must be at least three (3) minutes and does not exceed five (5) minutes (intro and outro included). Vloggers will focus on their life in Pasay City during the pandemic.
3. Contestants may include (but are not limited to) any combination of the following
a. Lifestyle
b. Food
c. Entertainment / Sports
d. Tourist destinations / Heritage sites
e. Business/Work
4. Vloggers may work solo or as a group with a maximum of four (4) members. Note: All members must be residents of Pasay City and your technical crew counts in the 4 members limit.
Submission begins on November 26, 2021 and the cutoff will be on December 12, 2021 - 4PM sharp. Any vlogs uploaded beyond said schedule will no longer be qualified for the event.
5. To join, contestants must message the PASAY MO I-Vlog MO Vlog Making Contest Official page with the following details:
a. Title of Vlog
b. Name/s of Vlogger/s
6. Wait for the event organizers to reply to your message to confirm your participation. A personal link to the Google Drive will be given where you will upload your video. (Do not share your link to others)
7. All uploaded entries will be filtered by our team to ensure that no undesirable content is included. The following violations will immediately disqualify you:
a. Vulgar/obscene words (even those coming from the background), acts of aggression/intimidation
b. Any form of political campaigning or endorsements
c. Scenes depicting violence/ harassment, s*x, illegal drugs
d. Dark humor
e. Racism and/or acts of discrimination
f. Use of footages, art, etc., without crediting original creator
g. Any form of propaganda
8. Make your video enjoyable and informative as much as possible.
9. Video may be in English, Tagalog, or Taglish.
10. All qualified entries will be uploaded by our team on Dec 13,2021 via PASAY MO I-Vlog MO Vlog Making Contest Official page. From then on, you may begin sharing and gathering HEART REACTIONS. Note that only the hearts reacts on the main post will be counted.
11. Three major prizes will be awarded through judging, and the Vlog with the most HEART REACTS will win the Pasay’s Pick Award. Counting of Heart Reacts will end at exactly 4PM of Dec 16, 2021.
