Sharing simple and easy meal preparation / cooking!
Ingredients
*2 tablespoon cooking oil
*3 cloves of garlic
*1 onion
*1 big potato
*1 small carrot (optional)
*1/2 kilo of Chicken Breast (or any part will do)
*1 can of Milk Evap 154ml
*1 small can Pineapple Chunks 227g
*Pinch of Salt and Pepper
*2 tablespoons of Fish Sauce
Cooking Procedure
1 - Saute the garlic then onion in a casserole.
2 - Put-in the chicken and cook until color of the outer part turns light brown
3 - Add the pineapple chunks and its juice and milk evap then bring to a boil
4 - Put-in the potato and carrots and simmer for 5 minutes or until most of the liquid evaporates (about 20 to 30 minutes).
5 - Add fish sauce, pinch of salt and pepper to taste, hen simmer for 3 minutes
6 - Remove from the cooking pot / casserole and transfer to a serving dish.
Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
*Btw you can slice the carrots and potatoes based on your own choice :)

*1/2kg of Pork Kasim
*1 big potato
*5 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
*Pinch of Salt and Pepper
*2 tablespoons of Fish Sauce
*2 Calamansi
Cooking Procedure
1 - Boil pork for 15mins together with fish sauce, calamansi, pinch of salt and pepper
2 - Set aside, prepare frying pan, put oil and fry pork until it turns to light brown
3 - Set aside, then fry potatoes
4 - Set aside, then saute garlic, onion and tomatoes
5 - Put fried pork and potatoes together with oyster sauce, salt and pepper mixed well
6 - You can now enjoy together with any kinds of rice.
