And I always thought, “Magiging client kaya namin to ever?” Knowing they’re an established restaurant already. Little did I know that I was already talking to Ma’am Grace that week. So when she requested for a visit in 311 Katipunan Ave., medyo kinutuban na ako HAHA. Wala lang, I thought it was so cute, feel ko lang namanifest namin na maging client sila 😅 Anywayyy!

What’s interesting is they offer Mogolian Rice Bowls buffet, which is not so common around Manila 😋

👩🏻‍🍳 Full-Time Baking and Pastry Arts Advanced Diploma Program, which takes 9 months to finish. They have slots for April 24 and July 24, for anyone interested!

IT'S BEEN A WHOLE YEAR! THANK YOUUU 💕

Before this month ends, we would just like to take this chance to look back and share with you how we started this business.

It was in June 2021 when we were first given the opportunity to service the KitchenAid units of Ma'am Miriam of Cakes by Miriam. We found it funny pa that time kasi our friend who referred us said we were going to service 9 units. I mean, ang dami kasi we did not expect it to be that many! But guuuurl, we were even more surprised only to be welcomed with 19 KitchenAid units (first photo) bwahaha! And mind you, it was not all. Meron pang hindi nakalabas 😅

It was the first time we did KitchenAid servicing since we resigned from our corporate jobs in March 2021, and because our business at the time was window blinds talaga.

First quarter of 2022, our window blinds business was very slow, almost nothing, and we had already exhausted our savings to pay for necessities, bills, etc. Come March 2022, we had to contact Ma'am Miriam if she had any units that need servicing. And buti she had 5 units to be serviced, because omg talaga 🥲

That was the time she advised us to start KitchenAid servicing as a business, since my husband was really a KitchenAid technician naman. Her words were "Bakit hindi niyo itry yan ibusiness? Para marami kayong bakers na matulungan." It was a light-bulb moment for us, as we were already desperate and struggling to make ends meet.

So if not for Ma'am Miriam, we would not have been here or have not even thought to start this business. It has been a year since we were at our lowest, and here we are, finally making ends meet comfortably, and serving hundreds of bakers 🥰

We will forever be thankful to our dear friend IDr. Lor of LQV Interior Design Studio for introducing us to Ma'am Miriam, for window blinds and for KitchenAid, and to the queen baker, Ma'am Miriam of Cakes by Miriam for trusting us and for encouraging us to do this! Thank you 💕
