AERIAL YOGA is back this September!!! Join us every Saturday at 4:00 pm as we use the hammock to relax and recover. It’s the perfect ending to your week of movement and fun!

Use the hammock to decompress and improve your flexibility! As we are suspended from the ceiling, we learn yoga poses that will help in spine and joint decompression.

Open to first timers and beginners. Wear tight-fitted comfortable clothing.
