the prestigious 6th International Thyroid NOTES (Natural Or***ce Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery) Conference held in Bangkok, Thailand last June 12-14, 2024. This conference focused on the latest advancements in minimally invasive treatments for thyroid diseases, namely Transoral Endoscopic Thyroidectomy Vestibular Approach (TOETVA), Transoral Endoscopic Parathyroidectomy (TOEPVA), Transoral Robotic Thyroidectomy (TORT), and Thermal (Microwave) Ablation. The convention gathered leading experts from around the globe to discuss and share groundbreaking techniques and innovations in this specialized field.

We also had the honor and privilege to meet and converse with the pioneer of TOETVA himself, Dr. Angkoon Anuwong of Police General Hospital (Thailand), as well as the Director of the Asia-Pacific Society of Thyroid Surgery (APTS) and expert in TORT, Dr. Kyung Tae of Hanyang University (South Korea).
