This included automating the generation of Certificates of Employment (COE) and memoranda, and providing comprehensive reporting capabilities. The system includes a document upload feature that enables client to transition to a paperless environment by storing and managing documents and requirements electronically.

Results: The new system significantly reduced the workload on the HR department, minimized errors, and improved overall efficiency. The team is now moving forward with the second phase of the project, which involves developing a customized timekeeping, payroll, and billing system integrated with the new HR system.
