Pray With Us |

Pray for those currently affected by Tropical Storm (Trami), the 11th typhoon to enter the Philippines this year. May God protect and provide safety for the high-risk areas such as Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, Cordillera, and Eastern Visayas. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has estimated that around 33 million people could be affected, with more than 21,000 barangays at risk of landslides and floods.

We also ask for divine guidance for government agencies and responders working tirelessly to ensure safety. Additionally, pray for FEBC stations, including the staff, transmitters, and facilities, as they face the impacts of the storm.


As of Tuesday morning, , with maximum winds of 65 km/h, is expected to make landfall in Isabela on Wednesday evening.

Janice Singson from Cebu first learned about UP987 DYFR FM - Cebu in the 1990s when a friend invited her to visit the station. Since then, whenever she’s free, she stops by, and that’s how she became a regular listener.

“DYFR-FM really made a big impact to me specially when I listen to their Christian songs and the messages. When I was in the darkest time of my life, a song played on air made a big impact that changed my thinking and that was 'You're Not Alone.' I cried and said, ‘Lord why are you so good to me despite me being like this?’ Every time I hear or listen to them. I feel God's presence, if my pinagdadaanan ka you'll get to point na if you just listen and give it some time it will help you na maging strong ka.”

Led by Station Manager Gayle Lagadia, the station has been reaching the young people of Metro Cebu, broadcasting Christian contemporary music 24/7 and partnering with relevant institutions. As they celebrate their 49th anniversary, UP987 continues to point listeners up to the ultimate life-changer, Jesus Christ.

Throwback to the tenth annual Boy Scout World Jamboree!

The event took place in 1959 at Mt. Makiling, Laguna Province, Philippines, with over 12,000 scouts in attendance. FEBC covered the jamboree and distributed PM radios to the Philippine scout chaplains, allowing them to listen to DZAS during the event.
