Receiving her doctoral degree in psychology in 1894, She made history as first woman with a PhD in psychology, becoming a trailblazer for countless women in the field. She was known for her significant contributions to psychology, particularly her studies on animal behavior and developing the motor theory of consciousness. 🧠📋

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝘼𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣?
Academic Remediation is an academic intervention and consultation process conducted by the Office of the Dean to assist and advise students who incurred grade deficiencies and are under academic warning, probation status, or separation status.

𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙞𝙨 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝘼𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙒𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜?
1. A student who incurred a grade of 5.00 or 4.00 FOR THE FIRST TIME in one (1) subject regardless of the number of units and units enrolled during the semester/summer term.
2. A student who obtained a remark of Dropped, Incomplete (INC) or withdrawn FOR THE FIRST TIME.

𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙞𝙨 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙨?
1. A student who incurred a grade of 5.00 in two (2) subjects regardless of the number of units and units enrolled during the semester/summer term they incurred such shall be under Academic Probation status;
2. A student who obtained a remark of Drop, INC or Withdrawn in addition to his/her grade of 5.0 either during the IMMEDIATELY CONCLUDED TERM OR IN THE PAST TERMS, or if he/she has been put on Academic Warning already at any time in his/her stay in RTU.

𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙞𝙨 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙨?
A student shall be separated from RTU if he/she receives a grade of 5.0 in three (3) subjects, regardless of the number of units and units enrolled during the semester/summer term, or has been put repeatedly under Academic Probation or Academic Warning.
