Job Title: Branch Sales Lead

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the branch in Pateros, Metro Manila.
Lead and motivate a team of 2 sales associates to achieve and exceed sales quotas in the B2C retail business of Quilla products.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Foster a customer-focused environment to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to upper management.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall branch performance.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in B2C retail.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Familiarity with the Quilla product line and retail industry trends.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
