Shift A personnel of Pavia Fire Station headed by INSP NICOLAS G SELORIO, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal together wih MDRRMO Pavia and PNP Pavia responded to a traffic accident at Brgy. Balabag, Pavia, Iloilo dated 11 January 2022.

Involved was cyclist who accidentally crashed in to a parked tricycle at the sidewalk while heading his way home.

Upon arrival, scene was assessed, the patient was conscious and suffered minor injuries such as bruises to his left pinky finger and pain on his left leg. First aid was then applied and turned over to MDRRMO Pavia for transport.

In preparation for the Operational Preparedness and Intensification of Oplan Paghalasa due to Tropical Storm RAI or locally named as Typhoon "ODETTE", PAVERS (MDRRMO PAVIA) headed by Mr. Rommel Jamerlan, MDRRMO Head, turnedover two mechanical power tools (chainsaws), one set of waterline rescue rope, rescue ropes, auxillary ropes, ResQ Tube, two life vest, one throw bag and one rescue buoy to this station headed by SFO4 Nicolas G Selorio, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal dated 15 December 2021.

Personnel of Pavia Fire Station augmented to the Bayanihan Bakunahan National Vaccination Day Phase 2 as vaccinators, assigned crowd control crew, fire safety inspectors and fire suppression crew at Brgy. Balabag Covered Gym, Pavia, Iloilo, R6 dated 15 December 2021.

WATER LEVEL MONITORING

In connection to the Operational Preparedness and Intensification of Oplan Paghalasa and observance of the precautionary measures in response to Tropical Storm "ODETTE" entering the country's area of responsibility.

Shift A personnel of Pavia Fire Station conducted water level monitoring to its AOR dated 14 December 2021.

Fire Engine 524 and PAVERS (MDRRMO Pavia) responded to a vehicular accident transpired at Brgy. Jibao-an, Pavia, Iloilo dated 1811H 11 December 2021 involving a Kawasaki Rouser Motorcycle and one female patient. The patient was crossing the street when she was accidentally hit by the motorcyclist.

The patient suffered a lump on the frontal area, abrasions on the left foot, pain on the left leg and dizziness.

Upon arrival, patient was conscious and responsive. She was assessed given pre-hospital care such as first aid and cold compress. Vital signs were noted and wound dressing was done, patient insisted not to proceed to the Hospital and signed a waiver c/o MDRRMO.

Pavia Fire Station personnel posted the newly revised chart dated 16 November 2021.

This said Charter is In accordance with RA 11032 otherwise known as "Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.

Pavia Fire Station operations and daily duty personnel conducted hose throwing/folding and ladder carries dated 12 November 2021.

Shift A personnel responded to a fire incident at New Panay Agri-Ventures Development Incorporation Warehouse 3, Brgy. Mali-ao, Pavia, Iloilo. The incident involves a container van trailer with stocks of raw materials for feeds production.

FE 510 and FE 524 quickly responded to the incident, upon arrival FO3 Azucena conducted scene size up and intstructed to perform firefighting, the fire was controlled and put out immediately by nozzleman FO1 Osorio and then declared fireout afterwards by fire ground commander FO3 Azucena.

No casualty was involved, FO1 Sencida, Fire Arson Investigator conducts ongoing investigation.

Pavia Fire Station Duty Personnel conducted deployment at the municipal cemeteries and private owned cemetery of their area of responsibility dated 01 November 2021.

EMS RESPONSE

Pavia Fire Station personnel attended to a walk-in patient needing wound care and dressing at Pavia Fire Station, Brgy. Purok IV, Pavia, Iloilo.

The patient's right knee was caught by a protruding tekscrew while doing a paint job in a house that he's working on and resulted to a laceration on his right knee.

Upon arrival patient was assessed, managed on site. The patient insisted to go home afterwards.

A crossing pedestrian was hit by a motorcycle and caused her to stumble. The rider went out of balance as the motorcycle fell to the patient's left leg and caused the latter a possible injury on the said site.

Upon arrival patient was assessed, managed on site and immediately transported by MDRRMO ambulance to nearest hospital for further medical treatment.

The patient was driving her motorcycle along the highway when she got hit by a pick-up truck that caused her to fall and sustain a possible thigh injury.

FIRE CALL

Shift A personnel of Pavia Fire Station responded to a residential fire incident at Deca Homes 3, Phase 1, Block 9, Lot 14, Brgy. Balabag, Pavia, Iloilo, Region 6 dated today 22 October 2021.

Both Fire Engines, FE 524 & FE 510 responded immediately to the call, the fire was already put out upon arrival and then declared fireout by Fire Ground commander FO2 Jan Erwin Caturas. Mopping operations was conducted and the cause of fire is still under investigation.

Involved is a delivery motorcycle loaded with gallons of drinking water, the patient forced his way to the pavement and eventually loses control which resulted to a crash that caused a possible pelvic injury.

Upon arrival patient was assessed and immediately transported by MDRRMO ambulance to nearest hospital for medical treatment.
