Dalan po kamu para mahiling ta an mga makabagong luto nin batag na pwede ta pang ipag.urgulyo, kaiba an satong bantog na sinapot/binatagan kan satuyang barangay ANAYAN.
Pwede pa pong mag.join c mga gusto pa hangggang alas tres nin Hapon atyan sa barangay hall kan Anayan. May duwa pa pong slot sa NASAmbit na challenge.

LUTONG BATAG CHALLENGE

Guidelines & Mechanics:
1. A contestants must be of legal age, preferable 30 years old and above,a resident of barangay Anayan, Pili, Cam Sur.

2. This is for those who had an interest in cooking, NOT A PROFESSIONAL COOK/CHEF

3. The contestant will bring their own cooking Utensils and ingredients for their masterpiece
To present.

4. Banana is the main and only product that you will cook..you will just add for your preferred condiments/ingredients. Just be sure to present a new menu/recipe of the batag/banana.

5. Time allotted for cooking will only be one (1) hour. You will prepare already all the needed materials/ingredients, and bring your kitchen utensils as well as for kalan or pugon or you can make a DIY lutuan as long as you keep some precautionary measure for safety purposes.

6. Cleanliness must be observed during and after the cooking session.

7. Cash prizes awaits for the winner and consolation prizes for the non winners. Walang uuwing luhaan.

8. We will observe the FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS since we will just limit for 7 challengers only.

9. Registration starts now and the cut off will be on May 6, 2023.

To commemorate the Feast Day of San Isidro Labrador on May 10, 2023, Mommylah Home Foodies together with the Blank Space Production, will sponsor a cooking challenge. This event will be one of social activities of the Balatas Youth Organization, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Anayan Pili Camarines Sur and was duly approved and strongly supported by the Barangay Council of Anayan.

The name of this event is the LUTONG BATAG CHALLENGE.....a challenge to cook banana/batag in any form of delicacies/meal except those famous sinapot, binatagan, turon, banana chips and others. Here we will discover new menu for our very own batag. It will be the choice of the participant to create a new menu to present. This will also be some sort of promoting our local product , banana or batag since our barangay is well known for our SINAPOT/BINATAGAN..and we are the BANANA REPUBLIC of Camarines Sur.

SO...I am inviting those who have a talent/skills in cooking, to try and join this event. This will be an inter.zone competition. But we will limit only to seven participants And we will observe the FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. There will be cash prizes for the winner as well as consolation for the non winners. This page will.be posting updates for this event til the contest proper on May 8, 2023 At Balatas Court, Anayan, pili, camarines Sur.

habo KO kutana I.accept order nya kaso nag.iiwas ako ta baka manambitan pa...makolog lang boot KO..kaya go maski alanganin ako ta saro pa mayo ako budget pansaod sangkap...we usually ask for a down payment sa mga pa.order but since dai man iba Sako kaya nakilimos ako sa kaPamilya ko para makasaod mga nids for that cake...nag.cut.out pako topper...and nag.bake subagong amay...
But then here he comes..dai na daa....for his reasons.....
So...NGANGA si mommylah..
Lesson learned...
NO DOWN PAYMENT, NO CAKE O FOODIES..
maski ka pa c BBM mag.down payment ka muna.
