With the shared effort of the Provincial Government of Palawan and Palawan Water Office an ease access on sustainable and clean water to distant and different Municipalities in the Province of Palawan are now available, among of this beneficiary is the Municipality of Roxas, a Municipality on the East Coast of Palawan, North of Puerto Princesa.

A source of sustainable and clean water has always been a dilemma in such Municipality, in response to such problem nine (9) water systems has now been operating, serving and continuously expanding. 1,799 households are now connected in Level 3 connections and 163 households are now benefited in Level 2.

Those nine (9) water systems are combination of three (3) water systems: Gravity Driven Water Systems which use gravity to transport water from the source to the user through a pipe network to prevent it from being contaminated; Solar Powered Water System which can be used for water storage and can supply water for multiple purposes, making water available to a larger population; and Reverse Osmosis Water System which is a water purification process that uses seawater as its raw water and reduces contaminants and make the potable for human use.

With that, we encourage every Palaweños to support this Water System Projects of the Provincial Government of Palawan in order to address the potable water scarcity problems all throughout Municipalities of Palawan and to have quality drinking water in the comfort of your homes.
