CALL FOR IN-KIND AND MONETARY DONATIONS
With the recent impact of Typhoon Carina, Youth Service Philippines, Tabang Ta Bai, SISC Psychology Society, Supreme Student Council Society of the Philippines, SK Vasra, and SK Krus na Ligas are working to assist the victims in the National Capital Region (NCR) who are facing various challenges. From donation drives to relief goods distribution, the organizations aim to provide relief items and monetary donations to address immediate needs such as food and water scarcity, rescue operations for people and animals, and establishing proper evacuation centers.
Donations will be accepted until August 1, 2024 (Thursday). We encourage everyone to contribute and support our fellow Filipinos during this difficult time.

As part of the Philippine Air Force's pre-anniversary celebration of its 77 years of service, the Tactical Operations Wing West (TOW West) organized bloodletting activity in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, the Provincial Government of Palawan, and various stakeholders, including Supreme Student Council Society of the Philippines-Palawan Chapter, at Robinson's Place in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
This activity aims to enhance public health and strengthen community bonds. By donating blood, participants can save lives, support local healthcare resources, and demonstrate the PAF dedication to service and humanitarian efforts. ๐ฉธ

In celebration of the Philippine Air Force's 77th Founding Anniversary, a pre-anniversary tree planting event took place at KM26, Brgy Montible, Puerto Princesa City. The event was organized by Tactical Operations Wing West (TOW West) under the leadership of Wing Commander BGEN Erick Q Escarcha PAF.
The event began with an invocation by CPT ARNIEL T. GODEN, followed by welcome remarks from HON. RODERICK P. FLORIDA and a message from BGEN ERICK Q. ESCARCHA. The program included a demonstration of proper tree planting, blessing of seedlings, and a ceremonial tree planting. 300 assorted tree seedlings were planted, supporting the national efforts for reforestation and environmental conservation.
SSCSP Palawan Chapter showed their support and dedication to environmental conservation through their active participation in this tree planting event.
A big thank you to all participants and stakeholders for making this event a success! Together, we are contributing to a greener future while celebrating PAF's legacy of excellence in protecting the nation and securing the skies. ๐ฑ

June 5, 2024 || The Philippine Air Force Tactical Operations Wing West (TOW West) held a Campus Peace and Development Forum (CPDF) and West Philippine Sea (WPS) Campaign at Palawan Polytechnic College Inc. (MATS)
The event commenced with an invocation and national anthem, followed by the welcome remarks given by Dr. Marilou Bucao, College Dean of Palawan Polytehcnic College Inc., and the audio-visual presentation of the West Philippine Sea.
Mr. Romar Laguna and Mr. Leo Anthony Gonda, the SSCSP Palawan Chapter VP External and Director for Peace Building and Security served as the first speakers, introducing the information related to SSCSP and giving insights about Passion in Servant Leadership.
The next speaker, A1C Paul Winson Jardinel, PAF ODCMO Tactical Operations Wing West, discussed the deceptive recruitment and infiltration of communist terrorist. It was followed by a testimony of a former NPA member and now a member of Kapatiran ng Dating Rebelde (KADRE) Palawan.
The program ended with an open forum and photo opportunity, which allowed students to raise their queries and concerns regarding the topic.
This program initiative aimed to neutralize peace and encourage the youth to be part of the campaign for the West Philippine Sea.
On June 23, 2024, Philippine Air Force recognized 11 Outstanding National Stakeholder at the PAF Multi-purpose Gymnasium, Col Jesus Villamor Air Base in Pasay City.
The Philippine Air Force's Commanding General, Lt Gen Stephen P Parreรฑo, hosted the recognition ceremony to acknowledge stakeholders for their important accomplishments and services in achieving the PAF's goal.
The Supreme Student Council Society of the Philippines, is one of the outstanding national stakeholders. This is the fourth time that the Philippine Air Force has recognized and rewarded the SSCSP as an outstanding national stakeholder.
On behalf of SSCSP OHANA, SSCSP National President Daniela E. Castro recieved the heartwarming award. This recognition is the fruit of every hardworking, dedicated, and passionate leaders who devoted their time and effort serving the youth and community.
The SSCSP commits to continue the purpose and vision it began, and with the assistance of the Philippine Air Force, every Filipino youth will make a significant contribution to the creation of a stronger and more harmonious community.

May 13, 2024 || The Campus Peace and Development Forum was held at Edgardo Angara Hall, Narra Integrated School, Narra, Palawan.
The 4th Air Reserve Center personnel, led by COL EULOGIO M NABUA PAF (GSC), Commanding Officer, 4th ARCen, along with theSupreme Student Council Society of the Philippines (SSCSP) Palawan Chapter, 43rd AFGR, 4th AFWR, Civil Military Operations Group, Tactical Operation Wing West, and Kapatiran ng mga Dating Rebelde (KADRE), conducted the event.
The aforementioned endeavour is part of the support and promotion campaign of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC).
With appreciation and inspiration, the attendees departed the hall aware of the CPP-NPA-NDF's deceptive recruitment in the province of Palawan.

The occasion started with a motivational opening remarks from Mr. Reyster Relano, Vice President Internal of SSCSP Palawan. This was followed by an engaging presentation on SSCSP by Mr. Romar Laguna, Vice President External of SSCSP Palawan.
The ceremony was graced by an inspiring message from BGEN ERICK Q ESCARCHA PAF, Wing Commander of TOW West represented by MAJ DEARLY ROSS M BOBILLES PAF, Acting Deputy Commander of TOG 7. This message ignited passion and purpose among future leaders.
The program's highlight was the solemn oath-taking by the newly appointed officers and members, guided by TSg GRETA B ORENDAIN PAF, SSCSP Palawan Chapter Adviser, as they pledged their commitment to service leadership.
The event also celebrated achievement and excellence, recognizing and honoring outstanding officers for their remarkable contributions and dedication to the organizationโs betterment.
The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt message from Mr. Carl Angelo M. Matulin, SSCSP National Vice President for Internal Affairs. This was followed by an empowering closing remarks from Ms. Iris Pearl P. Ortiz, President of SSCSP Palawan Chapter, motivating attendees to carry the torch of service leadership with passion and purpose.

As part of the Philippine Air Force's pre-anniversary celebration of its 77 years of service, the Tactical Operations Wing West (TOW West) held a two-day mall exhibit at Robinson's Place Palawan last May 11-12, showcasing scaled models of aircraft carriers, gears for search and rescue operations, and flight simulators.
The opening of the event was graced by the welcome remarks of COL GAUDENCIO M LAURON III PAF (GSC), Director for Operations (TOW West). This was followed by an opening message from Robinson's Mall Manager, Ms. MELODY ANGELA PALANCA, and a remarkable message from Wing Commander (TOW West), BGEN ERICK Q ESCARCHA.
The Air Sentinel Dance Troupe, Sentinel Band, and Marching Band showcased their talents and commitment to performance for the attendees. The 710th Special Operations Wing's K-9 capability demonstration, which emphasized readiness and service, was also included at the event. The dedication to serve the nation was symbolized by the presentation of mascots that stood for power and unity.
Today, we celebrate the woman whose love knows no bounds, whose strength knows no limits, and whose wisdom guides us through life's journey. To the one who has always been our pillar of support, our source of endless love and inspiration, Happy Mother's Day! ๐๐ค
