We are excited to announce that HTU CBA is getting ready to launch a new marketing organization, and a solid foundation will require cooperation with already-existing national-level organizations!

In order to promote networking and cooperation, the soon-to-be Marketing Organization hopes to form partnerships with other Palawan colleges and universities. Together with the President and VP External of PSU Junior Marketers Association they discussed a range of marketing management projects and initiatives that the officers can carry out after taking office at this discussion. Calling All Aspiring Volunteers!

HTU-Red Cross Youth Council is inviting you to Youth Volunteer Formation Course (YVFC)!

What is YVFC?

YVFC is a leadership training program lead by Red Cross Youth Department with an aim to enhance to strengthen the youth initiative skills and also widen their knowledge about the Red Cross Movement as a member of the organization. Our goal is to shape and educate the youth on values of LEADER and as a HUMANITRARIAN VOLUNTEER.

Eligibility Requirements:
- A college student and currently enrolled at Holy Trinity University.
- Someone who have the passion to serve without waiting for a compensation in return.
- Someone who find great pleasure in serving those in need.
- Fueled with humility and compassion.

The training would be one-day program consist of three modules:

a) Youth Volunteer Orientation
b) Values Formation
c) Team - Building

When :August 26, 2024
Time: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Venue: San Lorenzo Gym

📍Registration fee: 350 pesos

As the College of Business, Accountancy, and Hospitality Management conducted the first General Assembly for A.Y 2024-2025, the Assembly covered important topics that are considered essential for the functionality of the organization, such as the Introduction of new CBA-HM Dean, Introduction of CBA-HM Office Staff and Faculty Members, Presentation of Department Policies, Constitution and by Laws, Presentation of Year-End Report, and Election Proper for CBA-HM officers.

Our new Dean, Sr. Gina M. Galang, OP, our outgoing Dean, Dr. Janet P. Maduro, and our College Secretary Ms. Clarita Mercado showed their full support during the activity.

Indeed, it was great to see the support of our fellow CBA- HM students from 1st year to the fourth year, who were very participative during the open forum.

A retired professor from Palawan State University, Dr. Maduro also previously taught at HTU in the 90s and held the position of Dean of Women at the then-Holy Trinity College (HTC). Ma'am Janet returned to Holy Trinity University in 2021 and served as dean of the College of Business and Accountancy & the College of Hospitality Management until 2024.

The CBA/HM family will remember Ma'am Janet's deanship with fondness and admiration for her warmth, compassion, fairness, and motherly demeanor. Happy retirement and good luck on your future endeavors, Dr. Maduro!
