Ang 19 year old Nursing student na si Jamaica Long ng Puerto Princesa, ang kinoronahang Miss Universe- Philippines Palawan 2024. Inuwi ni Jamaica ang premyong P300K at P1M halaga ng lote.

Si Sunshine Llaniguez ng Sta.Monica National High School ang 1st runner-up, si San Vicente Julie Caabay ang 2nd runner-up, 3rd runner-up si Judy Ann Daguhoy ng Brooke"s Point at 4th placer si Jamie Reyno ng Aborlan.

Si Palawena beauty Samantha Bernardo ang punong hurado ng lupon ng mga hurado, sa ginanap na coronation ngayong gabi Peb 28 sa Mendoza Park Ampitheater.
Ikakatawan ni Long ang Palawan sa Miss Universe Philippines sa susunod na taon.
