I never knew that upskilling myself during the pandemic will turn my life around.
STORYTIME:
Back in June 2020, I joined Nas Academy FREE Trial class hosted by Stefanos. At one point during the session, Nas Daily crashed and announced that they are giving limited edition shirts for the best students enrolled in a course.
I casually type in the chat "I will get that shirt" and Nuseir replied "only for BEST students". And from that moment, I took it in my heart and soul to prove that I can be deserving of that limited edition shirt. LOL. 😇
So after the class, I enrolled on Creator Mastercourse (where I met Stefanos AGAIN) and made sure that I will be one of the BEST students in class.
Little did I know it's also one of the best decisions I've ever made.
It has opened opportunities for me that I could never imagine.
To cut the story short....
This month marks my first year anniversary with Nas Academy as Trainer and I'm also celebrating my third monthsary as a full-time team member as Community Manager.
Life indeed works in mysterious ways.
I'm so excited for what's more to come 🥳

To keep myself busy while inside this abandoned haunted structure, I decided to shoot a short film with my camera & tripod.
P.S. I was able to use the actual footage shot by my camera while falling on the floor. 💔

I am a scaredy-cat. I don't like watching horror films and I don't like hearing scary stories.
But this time, I entered one of the most haunted places in the Philippines, the DIPLOMAT HOTEL.
During World War II, numerous nuns and priests were beheaded here. This is believed to be the reason why headless apparitions can often be seen during the night inside the hotel. Some even claimed hearing strange noises.
Every turn I take, a chilly air crawls along my skin.
And at one moment, as I turned away from my camera I heard the most horrific sound. A sound that struck fear into my entire being. It came from behind. As I turned my head to look, my eyes widened in horror. 👀 There I saw my camera on the ground. It fell, making the loudest bang on the concrete floor.
I am very sure that I secured my camera on my tripod. So, what do you think happened? Was it the tripod? Was it me? or was it something else?
It's been awhile since I actually leave the house to meet some friends and eat out...
