Engr. Galvez is an Electric Vehicle Specialist and a Senior Technical Instructor in the Network Training Department of Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation.
A Registered Mechanical Engineer from the University of Santo Tomas, he is certified by Mitsubishi Training Center in Okazaki, Aichi, Japan as a Master Technician; Electric Vehicle Specialist; Noise, Vibration & Harshness for Automobile Specialist; and Auto Air-conditioning System Specialist.
He is the author and developer of Mitsubishi Quick Service (MQS).
Recently, he finished his degree in Master of Management in Business Management at the University of the Philippines Los Baños.

Sharing his refined expertise in "Sustainable Distributed Cooling for Buildings" is Engr. Conrad P. Acedillo.
Engr. Acedillo is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Hi Cool Engineering Corporation, a company that he put up in 1979.
Having graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mapua University in 1957, he became one of the pioneers in the air conditioning industry in the country.
During the 80s, he was a consultant of the UNDP, overseeing the construction of cold storage facilities for vaccines in the whole of the ASEAN region.
With over 60 years of experience as a designer, project engineer, maintenance engineer and later on as a mechanical contractor, he has handled all different types of air conditioning systems but has focused on and is still promoting the most efficient and durable system best suited to our country’s tropical climate.
He is also the President & CEO of Intercool Cooling Tower, Inc. established in 1985; a founding member of the Philippine Society of Ventilating, Air-conditioning & Refrigerating Engineers, and the Philippine Green Building Council; and a past President of the Rotary Club of Makati – Legaspi.

Dir. Aquino is the current Director of the Energy Utilization Management Bureau under the Department of Energy (DOE).
A Career Executive Service Officer (CESO) Rank III, he has served in various capacities in the DOE from the Office of the Secretary, Information Technology Management Service, and Energy Policy and Planning Bureau.
With the passage of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EE&C) Act in 2019, after more than three decades of its initial draft in 1988 — now Dir. Aquino with the support of the DOE, stands at the forefront of the implementation of EE&C in the country.

Engr. Araullo is currently the Energy Research & Program Development Director of the Meralco Power Academy Inc. and the Technology Consultant of Meralco Spectrum, Inc.
He also serves as the Director for Strategy of the Philippine Institute of Energy Management Professionals, Inc. and the Vice President of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines.
Certified as a UNIDO's Energy Management System (ISO 50001) National Expert, Project Management Professional, ITIL V3 Expert, Data Center Professional, and a Professional Electrical Engineer and ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer, he had developed and implemented several projects, consulting and transformation projects in the Meralco group, as well as for the local and international clients, including local government agencies and the academe.

Usec. Posadas is a Certified National Energy Management System (ISO 50001) Expert. He represents our country as the Senior Official on Energy Leader to various international organizations including the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, Association of Southeast Asian Nations, Asia-Europe Meeting, among others.
Prior to being a DOE Undersecretary in 2016, he worked for the private energy sector for 45 years!
He finished his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Philippines-Diliman and took his Master's Degree in Business Administration at the De La Salle Graduate School of Business.
