PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

As of September 9, 2024, we have dismissed one of our part-timers that you may know as Gold/MerryGold/Jin. You may know her as the very small and petite female store assistant with very short hair at our Gateway Mall Pop-up Store.

She has knowingly done multiple grave and gross misdemeanors, misconduct, negligence, immoral conduct towards our customers, towards our staff, towards the management and towards the store. These multitude of offenses are unacceptable with the code of morals and standards of the store as an employee.

She has shown no remorse of any kind nor any feeling of guilt to what she has done. A MAJOR RED FLAG.

Our store has held HONESTY, and RESPECT as the most important characteristics we look for in our employees. This person has violated that in the most serious manner and thus, we have terminated her as an employed person for the Gateway Store.

We have thought about putting out her photo alongside this post, as the usual, but, in order to give her a chance to grow-up and become a more respectable individual in the future, we opted not to.

WE REITERATE that should you have concerns regarding our employees and your shopping experience at our physical stores, kindly message our ONLY OFFICIAL FB PAGE for us to be able to attend to your concerns.

Aside from that, we also would like to reiterate that our customers should not conduct any transactions with our store staff or any other people pretending to be affiliated with Red Monster Shop outside our store, outside our official social media page, outside our official instagram, outside our Shopee and Lazada accounts, if you want to purchase anything from Red Monster Shop. Any transactions made outside our store, you are not transacting with Red Monster Shop. Please be mindful as there are a lot of people who take advantage of Red Monster Shop's customers.

Make your purchases only via our official social media pages, website, store and Red Mon Mao (owner) on FB.

Again, we thank our loyal and new customers for taking the time to visit the store and we will always uphold the strong integrity of Red Monster Shop that we hold so dear.

Everyone, this is just a simple public notice of our termination of relationship with one of our TEMP or occasional extra store assistants who we happen to have trusted initially and decided to have an agreement to let her work with more hours at the store. This, while getting oriented in the workings of the store through experience. But our trust was betrayed. So I decided to terminate this relationship.

Let's not make this an issue any further.
