Proposed design and layout for an existing building roof deck located in Manila City.
The client wants to have the currently cluttered and disorganized space converted into a dedicated area for lounging, resting, and entertaining guests complete with an open bar, outdoor kitchenette, and a pull-down projector screen to enjoy movies and other shows together with their big family.
Part of the roof deck will also serve as the residential building's laundry area and main storage space.

Project: Son's Walk-in Closet and Toilet & Bath Renovation
Location: Katipunan, Quezon City
It was a breath of fresh air working with the lovely couple who owns the house, as they have given us free reign on how to design the space provided that it's easy to clean and maintain with lots of storage. The same goes to their son who was more than open to recommendations.
Having worked with them before gave us a firsthand idea of what range of aesthetics they mostly gravitate into. Thus, we have envisioned their son's walk-in closet and toilet & bath to be generally modern and streamlined, with hints of Scandinavian particularly in the choice of finishes.
We wanted the user to feel light and open while also being secure and pampered at the same time in the comfort of his new walk-in closet and toilet & bath.

A proposed restaurant located on the third floor with an overlooking and unobstructed view of the sea. The design theme is generally neoclassic and mediterranean as specially requested by the client.

After fitout services -
Finally completed the styling of our BGC project's terrace today!
We added the accent flat stones along the door threshold to fill up the remaining traces of the uninteresting floor finish that originally came along with the condo unit, and set up this gorgeous three-headed Yucca plant from to invigorate the overlooking city view with some refreshing green.

Custom-made Pivoted Partition for a 3BR condominium unit -
Located at the foyer, designed to break the line of vision as you enter the main door going to the general areas for privacy purposes.

Day 1 of quartz countertop installation.
Today's agenda: initial layout and sizing of precut/pre-assembled quartz slabs to fit the wood framing preparation.

Probably the coziest and most inviting bedroom in the portfolio so far.

"Respite."
Having an open landscaped area where various users can congregate, even just a small one, was a non-negotiable during the design and planning process.

Cross ventilation + familiar nooks and crevices + shadow interplay

SNSC Apartments -
modern + industrial + tropical.
The design concept essentially focuses on the careful and thoughtful use of shipping containers in the overall design. The development being constructed in 3 phases, allowed for a more "permeable" layout that optimally encourages cross ventilation anywhere in the building.
The vertical louvers simultaneously act as a sun baffle, wind deflector, privacy screen, safety and security feature, and more importanly as structural bracing.
