A calm yet bold features, this 2-story residential embodies the clients' character. It’s inspired by their outgoing but well-reserved personality. Large windows and travertine wall cladding describes their elegance and outgoing persona. The off-white color represents their dignified composure.

The architectural form is strategically configured considering the sun's path and prevailing winds. The frontage is shaped to deflect direct sunlight and redirects natural wind flow to its interiors. Air pockets with vegetation were also allocated to ease natural air flow allowing fluid cross-ventilation and acting as air filterers.

Location: Village East, Cainta, Rizal

This 2-story duplex breaks the archetypal duplex with identical and monotonous characters. It displays a contrasting façade, giving a unique visual perception, yet when combined there is the occurrence of balance and unity. It will also provide the end users with distinct and sophisticated living with each other.

The horizontal and vertical lines present in the conceptual form give a design impression that it is in motion. They add a sense of dynamics and boldness as a whole. Horizontal lines imply calmness whereas vertical lines indicate grandeur.
