Situated on a farm lot, the designer opted to took inspiration from a Cabin House, which is defined as a shelter or house made of wood, situated in a wild or remote area. Altering the definition, the use of steel and glass instead of wood as a main material has given us the opportunity to maximize the nature outside, bringing indoors, thus creating a sense of place in the setting and blend in nature.

Quezon City is well known for its townhouse developments. We come up with the idea of bringing the Scandinavian Design in this development, for us to be distinctive to adjacent developments. Situated in a two 200 sqm lot (400sqm in total), the architect managed to situate 4 townhouse units which comes up with a courtyard for each development.

The commonality of duplex houses is two identical structures in 1 lot, from its mirrored facade and plan. By breaking this conventional way of design is to give the buyers to have their own option. Their own unique home catered to their needs and for the demand of a growing family in the future - to fit as more standard bedrooms as possible in a 75sqm lot (each unit). LANCRIS CONDOMINIUM GYM

The presence of Tangerine Color as an accent stimulates activity which is evident on the walls and beam crossing - which then turned into an arch creating a subtle boundary between the cardio area and resistance training area. Further, Led Droplights placed obliquely, serves as an accent and break from the monotonous lines created by Drop Aluminum Slats.
