Macarons are made with almond flour, and macaroons are made with coconut. While both cookies contain whipped egg whites and sugar, those are the only ingredients they have in common (and even then, macarons use confectioners' sugar whereas macaroons use the granulated variety😍🤤

I am a Culinary graduate from Lyceum of the Philippines University year 2015. Doing something like this had been my dream for so long. I wanted to start this business to create a safe haven for people. I want the food that i create be a solace and provide comport for people that need it.
