REACHING WIDER: PRC to conduct Foreign Mobile Services in the Asia Pacific on November and December 2024

Following the successful conduct of the Foreign Mobile Service in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, Cambodia and Dubai, United Arab Emirates in the previous year, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is set to bring its services closer to Filipinos in Australia and Japan this coming November and December 2024, respectively.

Specific dates and venues are as follows:

•16-17 November 2024 - 2nd Multi-Agency Service Mission (MASM) at the Tumbalong Park, Sydney, Australia;
•20-21 November 2024 - 1st MASM at the Philippine Consulate General, Level 10, 257 Collins St. Melbourne, Australia; and,
•7-8 December 2024 - Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) Caravan at the Yoyogi Park, Tokyo, Japan.

The following services will be offered:

a. Initial Registration;
b. Renewal and/or Duplication of Professional Identification Card (PIC);
c. Application for Board Examination;
d. Issuance and/or Authentication of Certificate of Registration;
e. Issuance and/or Authentication of Rating;
f. Issuance and/or Authentication of Passing;
g. Issuance of Certificate of Good Standing;
h. Issuance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Compliance;
i. Application for Special Temporary Permits (STP); Special Permits (SP); and Temporary Training Permits (TTP); and,
j. Other Services.

Similarly, the PRC invites all qualified Filipino Registered Engineers and Architects in the mentioned foreign countries to participate in the Orientation on ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MRAs) and APEC Project alongside the stakeholder meetings.

Face-to-Face Oathtaking of the New Psychologists and Psychometricians

The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Psychologists and Psychometricians will be held on November 11, 2024, at 1:00 P.M., at the Grand Xing Imperial Hotel, Iloilo City.

All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.

Inductees shall come in Filipiniana or Barong Tagalog and must PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".

Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

Face-to-Face Oathtaking of the New Physicians

The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Physicians will be held on November 22, 2024, at the Plenary Hall, Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Vicente Sotto Street, Pasay City.

All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.

Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".

Inductees are advised to register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure examination and intend to register as professionals. Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. PRESS RELEASE No. 2024-30 | CONDUCT OF THE NUTRITIONIST-DIETITIANS LICENSURE EXAMINATION

October 29, 2024. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) – Regional Office I announces the conduct of the Nutritionist-Dietitians Licensure Examination on November 6 & 7, 2024.

Here in the Region, there are twenty-eight (28) examinees who will take their examination at PRC Regional Office I Testing Rooms, Brgy. Carmay East, Rosales, Pangasinan.

During the examination, examinees are mandated to bring with them their Notice of Admission (NOA), pencils (No. 2), ball pens (black ink only), basic calculator, one (1) piece long brown envelope, one (1) piece long transparent (non-colored) plastic envelope (for keeping the valuables and other allowed items), packed lunch (placed in a transparent bag/plastic), and water.

Further, examinees are strongly advised to read the special instruction and advisory in their NOA, visit and check their Room Assignment at the PRC official website, www.prc.gov.ph at least 3-5 days before the scheduled examination and download the Examination Program for their reference and guidance.

PRC Region 1 announces the rescheduling of the Mobile Outreach Program (MOP) this 31st day of October, 2024 (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM) at Rufino Hall, Lorma Medical Center, San Fernando City, La Union. The rescheduled MOP was originally set last October 23, 2024, but was cancelled due to the typhoon "Kristine" and is intended to cater only those clients who originally booked their appointments on the said date.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 999 out of 2,172 passed the Electronics Engineers Licensure Examination and 1,126 out of 1,591 passed the Electronics Technicians Licensure Examination given by the Board of Electronics Engineering in N. C. R., Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga this October 2024.

The members of the Board of Electronics Engineering who gave the licensure examinations are Engr. Alnar L. Detalla, Chairman, Engr. Enrico Claro R. Delmoro and Engr. Herminio J. Orbe, Members.

The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examinations.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 650 out of 1,343 passed the Geodetic Engineers Licensure Examination given by the Board of Geodetic Engineering in N. C. R., Baguio, Butuan, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga this October 2024. The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld for further verification of submitted documents and one (1) was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
