Baybay and we usually notice trash (plastic junk food wrappers, plastic water bottles, etc) around. Please refrain from throwing your garbage anywhere especially near our bodies of water. Our marine animal friends suffer due to our carelessness.

You can’t win championships by showing up for gameday. You have to put in all the work. There is individual work to be done before any practice can be effective and there are endless hours of practice before a team can be successful.

Woke up before sunrise to get ourselves some sea training.
Our lady paddler, Ma'am Mae, trying to jog, but then her little Josephus wants to join in on the fun, so both of them walk instead. It's never too early to instill in our children the love of sports. It wouldn't hurt if you have your husband with you on the team too. Go Team Dollosa!💪👶🏻💑
