L- Listen to the customer. What are their problems, concerns, or questions? 👂
I-Involve yourself. Make sure to empathize with them. Imagine you are in their position. So, you will be able to identify how you can help them. 🧠
S-Summarize the information they provided and paraphrase it. It is to validate if you got it or understand it correctly. ✍️
T-Take action. Start resolving the matter. Do something about the concern. Or provide the answer to queries.
E-Elaborate the answer. Make sure to think of words that your listener will easily understand. 👄
N-Nourish. Nourish your listener by letting them know that they are heard and understood. You are very willing to help and listen to every word coming out of their mouth. 🤝"

At age of 31, I experienced lots of failures and successes. With the 6 job experiences, from working student up to now that I have my own family, I cried many times because of my job. There are times that I want to quit as I feel that I can't do it anymore. Or I am not good enough for that job. But, I always say to myself that if they can do it, I absolutely can. That all I need is a dedication to the things I want. What are my weaknesses and accept them so that I can turn them to be my opportunity? I learned to pause and rest but never quit in every challenge I experienced. I tell myself that I will quit that job, only if it is not good for my health and not because I think it is not suitable for me. As long as I think I can excel in that job, I will do my best to do it. I always say to myself that I am far from perfection and every day, I need to learn new things. I also accept that some people are better than me so that I will not stress myself comparing my skills to others. 🏆 💯❤️

From all the experiences I had in different industries, I learned many skills. Through these, I was able to know my niche. I can do some customer relations jobs as well as customer service. As I've mentioned in my previous post, I was able to identify what brand fascination I have. And that is Trust. Trust has 4 pillars. The very first was a repeat and retell. I believe in repeating the things you say and retelling it, the audience or clients will be able to understand more what you want to convey. And vice versa, If I don't understand what the client is telling, I will repeat it, paraphrase and retell it to make sure I was able to get the correct message. 💪🙌 📣

A Transcription Virtual Assistant is gifted typists accomplishing remote work and whose principal task is to change over recorded or live sound documents, like meetings and digital broadcasts, to message design. Being an independent woman, it's hard for me to accept that I am not earning my own money and waiting for my husband to give what he earned. I started working when I was in college. I want to earn money so I can buy all the things I want without asking my parents. Now that I am married and had a baby👨‍👩‍👧, it's very unusual for me to be a plain housewife. I used to have work and earn my own money. My husband and I decided that after my maternity leave, I will continue working. But due to the pandemic, we had a hard time looking for a nanny. We are afraid that someone might bring the virus to our house. So, I chose to take care of my baby and stop working. This decision is for the safety of our baby👶🏻.

Through social media, I heard about the freelancing industry👩🏻‍💻. Then become curious about how it works as I want to earn money without living in our house. But, I don't have any idea about it. Good thing that one of my friends attended a free course from DICT. I asked where I can sign up for that course. And fortunately, I became one of their scholars.
