To my future guests, huwag niyo po itong gagawin.

You can use the kitchen and the utensils free of charge pero malinaw po sa house rules na kailangan niyo pong hugasan at ibalik ang mga ito sa cupboard.
Malinaw din ho na kailangan niyong patayin at bunutin mula sa pagkakasaksak ang mga appliances kapag aalis ho kayo.
Bawal kumain sa kwarto at lalong bawal ang manigarilyo sa loob.
