Back when i was in High Schoul I was bullied for my weight for years. Given at some point i did lose some weight but since then I been weight conscious which effected me negatively— I couldn’t be happy with what I look and would always have anxiety just wearing new clothes cause i fear it wouldn’t look good on me because of my curent figure.

Same time im in a on and off relationship with my diet and always had an excusen no to go to the gym, or just simply being active and I could say 99 more reason.

One day I wondered if I would ever lose weight if I continue to keep on thinking like this, so then and there, I decided to practice a ‘self-care’ routine and I started by enrolling to PSP San Juan.

When you first start going to the gym, You will feel very insecure and just want the earth to swallow you. You will be overwhelmed with so much gym equipments and you will literally not know where to start, but as a girlywho thought and feared all of that, take it from me. Its a whole different story with PSP san juan branch.

You will meet many great people and staff who share the same goals as you and will encourage and support you. They are all friendly and willing to help you out if you need it.

I had a personal trainer, coach Jayson. Having a PT is more than having them teach you how to this and that but for me, our sessions were my motivation to go gym when times i swear im dragging my feet after work.
