Here’s the background story: husband brought home bagoong alamang from Iloilo. So ginisa ko but without pork, pero madaming bawang and with the secret ingredients para yummy at di maalat at di malansa 😋 I prepared fried fish at steamed okra for lunch yesterday along with the bagoong. Ang feedback ng eldest ko: Mama! Pwede mo na po ibenta! 😆

So there, available na po ang aming . Pork-free, sweet and di salty. Sakto sa mangga, singkamas, pansahog sa ulam or pwede na din ulam as it is 😄
