✅ Review project plans, requirements and specifications
✅ Coordinate to purchasing & suppliers request for quotation(RFQ'S) and price update
✅ Attend pre bid meeting/Clarificatory meetings
✅ Prepare Bill of Quantity(BOQ)
✅ Review all cost estimate/cost proposal for approval/submission
✅ Analyze blueprints and other documentation (MEPFS construction
documents/drawings along with specifications)
✅ Drafts plans/layouts/shop drawings for project design proposals.

NVC Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Supply & General Services has been in business since 1997. We have proudly served the Province of Batangas and its nearby province for over 20 years. NVC currently employs some 30 employees, including commissioning and service technicians. NVC has the experience and expertise to successfully complete all types of residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Engr. Nomer V. Catapang, ME, as General Manager as well as the owner of the company, is responsible for the overall performance of the Service Company and, with his past experience, maintains NVC’s reputation for quality maintenance and service programs.
Before NVC was built, Engr. Nomer V. Catapang was employed as a Quality Control Inspector and also hired as Plant Engineer at Sea oil Petroleum Corporation in Manila. So based on his Educational Qualification and experience, Valerie Products Manufacturing Inc. in Carmona entrusted him the position as Maintenance Head. This company is primary engaged in the fabrication and manufacturing of refrigeration and air-con spare parts. Among its clients are Concepcion Industries, Philacor, Sanyo, National, Panasonic which are known as top leading exporter and manufacturing of refrigeration and air-conditioning unit in the country. Through his educational qualification and long engagement in refrigeration and air- conditioning system he decided to put-up confidently his own business (NVC) at Year 1997 then later on he followed established its two Branches: NC2 AIRCON SUPPLY & SERVICES located at Makati City and MULTI B AIRCON TRADING located also at Batangas.
NVC hired personnel’s who are well trained and highly skilled technician with more than five years of experience in repair, and installation of refrigerator, air-con, chillers, air dryers and any heating and ventilating system.
Currently, the Service Company operates a team of 15 experienced service technicians to service and maintain not only the company’s installations, but many others as well.
