Ang pagbabalik ng Sampaguita Festival 2023

Lungsod ng San Pedro, I am happy to announce na this coming May 1-6, 2023, muling nagbabalik ang Sampaguita Festival! (Hindi po Kalampag Festival 😅)

Bata pa lang tayo parte na ng ating kultura at tradisyon ang Sampaguita Festival. Dumaan ang pandemic at mga pagsubok sa Lungsod kaya pati ang taunang pagdiriwang nito ay naantala din. Kaya naman masaya ako na ibahagi sa inyo na muli nating ibabalik ang celebration ng Sampaguita Festival. Ang Sampaguita Festival ay ang simula ng maraming activities at programs ng ating lungsod na may layuning mas paigtingin ang local economy ng San Pedro. Mission ng festival na ito na muling buhayin at mas pagtibayin ang industriya ng Sampaguita sa makabagong panahon para matulungan ang mga San Pedrense at ang buong Lungsod. Marami tayong mabubuksan na mga oportunidad sa pagsasampaguita sa pamamagitan ng pagdevelop at pag-innovate ng iba’t ibang Sampaguita products. A strong and independent local economy can help support the vision of the local government which is to provide quality and accessible social services to our stakeholders.

Hindi lamang ito, ngunit layunin din ng Sampaguita Festival ang maipakita ang talento ng mga San Pedrense. May mga hinanda po tayong events and activities na kung saan paniguradong matutunghayan natin ang mga angking talento ng bawat isa. Isa sa ating ay ang matulungan ang ating mga kababayan na maipakita ang mga talentong ito at magkaroon sila ng pagkakataon na linangin at mas idevelop pa ito. Alam kong maraming San Pedrense na ang nagbigay karangalan sa ating bayan; at marami pang susunod sa kanila. Maging daan sana ang Sampaguita Festival sa layuning ito.

Exciting ang comeback na ito! Kasabay nito, hinihiling ko rin po ang pang-unawa at pakikiisa ng lahat upang mapagtagumpayan natin ang pagbabalik ng Sampaguita Festival. Sama-sama po tayo na magpatuloy ng napakagandang kultura at tradisyon ng ating bayan. See you po sa ating Sampaguita Festival 2023! 🤍💚
