1. Aromatically

Ever heard of Aromatherapy? Well, that is exactly how you use them... You can diffuse essentials oils by using a diffuser. You will receive the benefits of essentials oils by smelling them.

👉👉BUYING ADVICE: Not all diffusers are the same so do some research. Some are made from low-grade plastics which can release toxins after long-term use.

Humidifiers are different from diffusers!

2. Topically

Nothing beats a good soothing massage!

Whether you want to use it as your own massage oil at home or at the spa, you can even have them on the go in roller bottles for first aid to an annoying headache.

If you just want to support your body in coping up with all the stress you're feeling, apply some to your temples and wrists.

SAFETY REMINDER: Always dilute with a carrier oil like Virgin Coconut oil, Grapeseed oil, and the like, so that you won’t irritate your skin due to the high potency of authentic essential oils.

3. INTERNALLY

Surprisingly, there are some essential oils that can be ingested. Yup! We’re not kidding.

You can add them to drinks, cocktails, savory dishes, and even desserts. Do take note that a little goes a long way too. So go easy when you find out peppermint essential oil can be ingested. 😅

When using essential oils internally, it must be taken with extreme caution and better if approved by your medical doctor. ALWAYS, ALWAYS! ALWAYS!!! WHAT EXACTLY ARE ESSENTIAL OILS?

From the word "essence,"

Essential oils are HIGHLY CONCENTRATED PLANT extracts.

It is simply the LIFEBLOOD of the plant. It distributes nutrients and helps protects plants from diseases or any other threat, it functions like our red and white blood cells.

Essential oils are NOT CURE FOR HUMAN DISEASES but can sure help support or aid a multitude of bodily functions like the respiratory system, endocrine system, mental health, digestive health, and many more. (Even for skincare! 🤩)

WHERE DO THESE OILS COME FROM?

Well, from BOTANICALS…
It is from leaves, seeds, wood, bark, berries, resin, flowers, peels, roots, and fruits.

They can either be obtained by Steam distillation, Cold pressing, and Resin tapping.
Some manufacturers use conventional methods such as solvent or hydro diffusion extraction that adulterate the quality of essential oils.

Essential Oils consist of different natural, organic compounds, but...

NOT ALL ESSENTIAL OILS ARE CREATED EQUAL.
(sad fact. 😞)

So the label may say “PURE ESSENTIAL OIL” but the quality is not really the best.

DID YOU KNOW SOME “ESSENTIAL OILS” CAN BE HARMFUL?

They may all smell the same, BUT the question is…

What is the quality?

There are 4 grades of “Essential” Oils…

AUTHENTIC grade
-100% pure essential oils that are highly concentrated plant extracts.

MODIFIED or MANIPULATED grade
-These are essential oils that have preservatives or have been diluted.

COSMETIC grade
-These are essential oils that are heavily diluted and have tons of chemicals added for whatever purpose it has to serve. It is commonly used in perfumes, colognes, make-up, and candles. (Sometimes also in PAINT! 😯)

SYNTHETIC grade
-These are the WORST kind of oil as they are all chemicals and not really plant extracts. DO NOT USE THESE! As they can cause a variety of illnesses that can develop after a build-up of exposure (much like ci******es). "Fragrance" is the most common word for these chemicals combined that most people love the smell of, and where can we find this?

IN. ALMOST. EVERY. SINGLE. HOUSEHOLD PRODUCT

So, how will you know which Essential Oil is safe to use?

READ THE INGREDIENTS LIST! If there is no list… then most likely they’re synthetic or of poor quality.
