📣GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE CONSULTATION📣

1. Only patients previously seen at the clinic will be entertained for online consults.

2. Messages sent beyond 5PM will be replied the following day starting at 8AM.

3. Messages sent on a Sunday will only be replied the following day.

4. No calling unless I tell you so especially in the wee hours. Calls are for emergencies and if you think your child needs urgent care, proceed to the nearest hospital.

5. If advised face to face follow up after online consult, please comply. Otherwise, you will no longer be entertained on your next online consults.

In as much as I want to be responsive to all your concerns, please understand that I value my rest hours as you do.
