I just wanted to share the incredible journey of how my dream coffee business/ coffeeshop became a reality. It is a story of passion, perseverance, and the power of turning dreams into tangible achievements.

From a young age, I have always been captivated by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm ambiance of a cozy coffee shop. It was a place where people gathered, shared stories, and found solace in a cup of their favorite brew. This fascination grew into a burning desire to create my own haven, a place where coffee lovers could find comfort and inspiration.

The journey to bring this dream to life was not an easy one. It required immense dedication, countless hours of research, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. I immersed myself in the world of coffee, studying its origins, flavors, and brewing techniques.
But it wasn't just about the coffee it was about creating an experience. I envisioned a space that would not only tantalize taste buds but also engage all the senses.

Building a team of passionate individuals who shared my vision was crucial. I sought out baristas who had a genuine passion for connecting with people. But a dream coffee shop is not just about the physical space or the quality of the coffee, it is about the community it serves. We wanted to create a place where people could come together, form connections, and feel a sense of belonging.

Today, as I look around this thriving coffee shop, I am filled with a deep sense of gratitude. I am grateful for the unwavering support of my family and friends who believed in me even when the path seemed uncertain. I am grateful for the loyal customers who have embraced our vision and made this coffee shop their second home. And I am grateful for the incredible team of individuals who have poured their heart and soul into making this dream a reality.

‼️BUSINESS PERMIT RELEASED‼️

A year ago, after I had my 2 branches of coffee shops opened, I promised myself to build another coffee shop- resort-spa project in our little hometown. I planned to conceptualized the whole project including all the finances and marketing, mainly the entire business. This project came to life and had our soft opening on my birthday-December 08, 2023 (A very memorable birthday I should say). What makes this project more meaningful is that, I named it after my Lolo Jaime and my beloved Lola Clarita as a tribute to them. What I become now is because of the good influence and traits from my grandparents esp. my Lola Clarita, who mentored me on how to become a kind-hearted person, to be generous to everyone and to be God-fearing. 3/4 of my entire being came from them who molded me ever since I was a kid ( well of course, including my dad and mom of course). Before I left the country, I managed all the system and operations of our recently opened coffee shop-resort-spa. I engaged myself to the business and became so hands on for the last three months. I even cancelled my schedule flight that was supposed to be 28th of December I should be already here in Aussie. I prefer to stabilize first the business before leaving the country but I have no regrets about it at all. Out of good intentions, all the crews and staffs I hired are all my relatives/cousins and I didn’t regret even a single minute of hiring them. I have a strong devotion of helping people esp my relatives to have a more stable life and so, I will stand firm with that belief. Before the said “kapehan” was fully operational, I already planned that once I have already established it and do all the necessary things… I will hand it over to my mother as a gift and as a sign of my gratitude to her and to show how much thankful I am for having her in my life.
Finally, we got our Business License Permit and I am beyond happy to see the name of my mama in that papers🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 Woooh!!!this is a precious day for me!!! Thank you Lord for everything and for all the graces🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 All Glory to You oh LORD🙏🏼
