Cheska Vasallo

“With her beaming smile and fair complexion, Cheska is a radiant presence on stages she sets foot on. Starting at the age of 6, Cheska has always put her best foot forward in the world of dance. She earned herself a full talent scholarship to De La Salle College of Saint Benilde under the school’s resident dance company, and performed in several major productions such as Christine Crame’s contemporary rendition of “Swan Lake,” “Adarna in the City” and the role of Goddess of the Soul in “Paghunos.” During the COVID-19 lockdowns, she competed in various local and international competitions and bagged top awards both as a dancer and choreographer. Currently, she is a dance artist of Alice Reyes Dance Philippines and with the company has performed timeless pieces by our National Artists for Dance such as Agnes Locsin’s “Encantada”, Alice Reyes’ “Rama Hari” & “Carmen & Other Spirits” and Lester Reguindin’s “NOW”.

Outside the studio, Cheska is also an accomplished professional interior designer and dance teacher. She seeks to inspire a new generation of dancers through her innate grace, and her love for performance and artistic growth.

Jemima Reyes

“Jemima began dancing at the age of 3 in her hometown, Nueva Ecija. Upon receiving her formal dance classes with her former teacher Lilibeth Santos, she got accepted into the Philippine High School for the Arts and graduated. Later on, during her college years in De La Salle College of St. Benilde, she joined Ballet Philippines in 2011 and got promoted to company member one year later. She has lead numerous roles in the company and her notable roles include Juliet in Alice Reyes’ Romeo and Juliet, Kitri in Don Quixote, Odette and Odille in Swan Lake and Sugarplum Fairy in the Nutcracker to name a few. Currently, she continues to dance with her home dance company and hopes to share more of her passion and love for dancing to the Filipino audiences and patrons of the arts.

I’ve always loved wearing Alexca since before it’s opening. Their leos and skirts hugs my body the way I want it. Just recently, I’ve been loving their active wear too!”

Stephanie Santiago

“Stephanie started her dance trailing with Acts Manila under Chelo Gemina from 2006-2015. She is a former Studio Company member of the Joffrey Academy of Dance from 2017-2018, former Artist with Ballet Philippines (2018-2020) and Alice Reyes Dance Philippines (2020-2022) under the mentorship of National Artist of Dance, Alice Reyes. Stephanie is now currently a Company Artist in Ballet Manila under the directorship of Prima Ballerina, Lisa Macuja.

As a dancer with scoliosis. Alecxa dancewear’s leos make me feel more confident with the shape I have. Showing my curvature with beauty and grace with their beautiful fit and print of fabrics 🩵 Honestly my favorite brand ever!”
