Nutrition is very important for our children.

Proper nutrition means
✅balanced diet
✅getting vitamins and other micronutrients from fruits and vegetables
✅teaching our children proper eating habits
✅avoiding "junk" foods

It does not mean
❌vitamin supplements (mga naka bote na vitamins)

PS. we use vitamin supplements for certain disease conditions. Pero para sa mga healthy na bata, ang focus po natin mga mommies at daddies ay ang tamang pagkain. DAPAT ang mga VITAMINS ay nangagaling sa PAGKAIN :)
