Ang watawat ng Pilipinas ay higit pa sa isang piraso lamang ng tela. Ito ay isang sagisag ng ating pagka-Pilipino, isang simbolo ng kalayaan, pagkakaisa, at pag-asa. Ito ay isang paalala ng mga sakripisyo ng ating mga ninuno upang makamit natin ang kalayaan.

Bilang mga Pilipino, dapat nating igalang at mahalin ang ating watawat. Ito ay isang simbolo ng ating pagka-Pilipino at ng ating mga pangarap para sa isang mas magandang kinabukasan. Ipagmalaki natin ito at ipaglaban ang mga prinsipyo na kinakatawan nito.
