Naaksidente ka ba?

May nakabanggaan ka bang ibang sasakyan?
O di kaya ay nabangga ka ng hindi sinasadya at nasira ang sasakyan mo?

SELF-ACCIDENT

Kung ikaw ay nabangga ng hindi sinasadya at walang ibang tao o property na kasangkot, ang kailangan mo lang ay gumawa ng AFFIDAVIT OF SELF ACCIDENT. Ito ay hinihingi ng mga Insurance Companies para mapagawa mo ang iyong sasakyan na sakop ng motor vehicle insurance.

MOTOR VEHICLE INCIDENT

Kung ikaw naman ay na-aksidente o may nakabanggaang sasakyan, ang una mong dapat gawin ay alamin kung may nasaktang tao at tignan ang damage ng mga sasakyan. Mas mabuti din tumawag kaagad ng ambulansya kung may nasaktan na tao at pulis para maayos ang sitwasyon.

Pagdating ng pulis o pagpunta ninyo sa TPMO o Traffic and Parking Management Office, ikaw at ang driver ng isa pang nakabanggaan na sasakyan ay pagkakasunduin ng mga pulis. Kung wala namang namatay sa aksidente, mas mabuting mag-usap nalang at magkasundo na magbayaran na lamang ng danyos o damage.

Bago kayo magbayaran, papirmahin ang taong tatanggap ng pera ng isang WAIVER/QUITCLAIM para hindi paulit-ulit na humingi ng danyos ang isang Partido. Ang Waiver/Quitclaim ay dokumento na nagsasabi na ang iyong ibabayad ay ang kabuuang danyos na dahil sa insidenteng nangyari. Hindi na siya muling makakakuha ng danyos o makakapag sampa pa ng kaso kapag pumirma na ang isang Partido ng Waiver/Quitclaim.
