Are you ready to level up in Digital Animation and Game Development?

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), in collaboration with Thames International School, Animation Council of the Philippines, Inc. (ACPI), and Game Developers Association of the Philippines (GDAP), presents a SCHOLARSHIP Program aimed at upscaling the skills of Filipino digital animators and game developers. ✍️ 🎮

Dive deep into your craft with masterclasses led by industry experts from around the globe! Apply now and choose up to two (2) out of six (6) masterclasses covering Storyboarding, 3D Character & Asset, Game Engineering, and more. 🚀

All masterclasses will be held at the Thames International School campus in Quezon City on May 20-31, 2024. Each masterclass is one (1) week long, with three (3) classes simultaneously conducted weekly. Final schedules of the masterclasses will be released upon acceptance to the Program.

Coverage of the Scholarship Program:
✅ Training cost (tuition fees, training materials, LMS enrollment, completion certificates)
✅ Transportation (airport to hotel and hotel to training venue and vice versa)
✅ Accommodation
✅ Meals during training except dinner

Qualifications:
☑️ The scholar must be a Filipino of legal age and has been in their current studio / enterprise / HEI for at least two (2) years as a full-time employee (for studio/enterprise), a part-time employee (for HEI), or a FREELANCER.

☑️ The scholar must be a technical lead or a potential technical lead in their discipline.

☑️The scholar must be willing to stay in their current studio / enterprise / HEI for at least ONE (1) year after completion of the Program.

Once accepted to the Program, the scholar will undergo a service commitment contract with their respective studio / enterprise / HEI.

Special arrangements will be made for freelancers.

Note: Accepted Scholars must have their own equipment and software
